Julie grew up in St. John’s, Newfoundland as a competitive athlete with a deep interest in human biology, exercise and helping others. After graduating from Memorial University in 2010 with a degree in Kinesiology (Honors), Julie moved on to complete her university education at Western University in 2012 with a Masters in Physiotherapy.
Following the successful completion of her degrees, Julie worked and continued her professional training in Vancouver BC in orthopaedic private clinics for the next 13 years, alongside her husband, Domenic. These years included enhanced education and credentialing in Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, and Dry Needling.
With a full caseload, a son and another on the way, the physiotherapy couple packed up and moved back to Newfoundland to be closer to family in 2025.
Julie is thrilled to be working with her husband, once again, at Lamme on Argyle. When not at the clinic, Julie is often exercising, near the ocean somewhere or running after two young boys.
Julie thrives on watching patients being able to continue doing what they love. Her individualized client care approach as well as the large scope of her post-graduate training ensures her clients leave feeling educated, motivated and better!

Zoey has been with Lamme on Argyle since May 2025 as a valued, smiling member of our team! She quickly won over the trust and respect of both patients and colleagues, making all very excited that she is now taking on the role as a Physiotherapist.
Zoey has an appreciation and zest for life and is thrilled to live and work in Newfoundland. She is proud of her Persian heritage, enjoys cooking Persian food and loves spending time with a large groups of friends here in St. John’s.
